Now it seems that some users are reporting that their iTunes Store app has been crashing since they updated from iOS 6. There are some easy fixes for this which we have in this post. There is so much content now being made available through iTunes that Apple has had to dissect the content and channel it through different apps on iOS. You have the App Store app, iBookstore and iTunes U alongside the iTunes Store app, which specializes in music, movies and TV content. Even since upgrading to iOS 7, some users have found that the iTunes Store app randomly crashes. There are a number of fixes that seem to be working for the majority of people and below you will find them. All you have to do then is find that one that works for you. Solution 1: Go through Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings. Please not that while this will remove your saved hotspots, it won't purge any of your data. Solution 2: Use the Music app to launch the iTunes Store by tapping on Store which is located in the top left-hand corner. This is often enough to prevent the crashing for some people. Solution 3: Go to your Settings app and navigate through Safari > Block Cookies > and selecting �From third parties and advertisers� only. Solution 4: Force-close all the apps that are running then sign out of your iTunes account and then back in again by going to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > Sign out. All you have to do is launch Siri and say �Turn on Wi-Fi� or whatever it is you want to do. In iOS 7 you can now use swipe gestures to go back one screen. This is a great feature and save having to press the back button on the display. The biggest news to come from this release is the addition of iPad support but there were some smaller additions to that relate to the iPod touch and the iPhone. None of these additions included with iOS 7 beta 2 match that of a fully functional iPad variant, there are definitely some great little tweaks and adjustments that require a look at. The general smoothness and stability of iOS 7 has been improved with the Beta 2 release. Even though we were all very happy with how iOS 7 beta 1 came out, we did feel that the general navigation could do with a little tweaking as it was quite slow. This has been rectified and now there is a better quality of user experience. If you were a developer who experienced the general lag and holding of the user interface then you will be happy to see that this has been corrected and this will probably improve even further when iOS 7 beta 3 is released in a couple of weeks. There is a huge list of tiny additions to iOS 7 beta 2 but most of these consist of very small user interface additions that slightly tweak the user experience. The biggest change has to be the change in Siri's voice which now resembles something more natural sounding and less robotic. This clearly indicates that Apple is moving towards Google Now's methodology for a personal assistant and moving away from the clear distinction between robot and human imitation. We are really looking forward to seeing what changes come in the future betas of iOS 7 and there should be a lot more changes, and additions before we see the final release later this year. Apple really does appear to be on the verge of embracing the huge number of games in the App Store and this comes as a Logitech branded iPhone game controller for iOS 7 appears. It looks like Logitech is already hard at work developing a game controller designed to make the most of iOS 7's new API for game controller, newly redesign of the Game centre and additonal gaming features. Kotaku has reportedly managed to get their hands on the first spy shot of this gaming controller. ,p>Featuring G-prefix branding, the accessory plays host to a large area which is presumably there to house and iPhone 5. This is instantly recognizable due to the lightning connector that protudes from the device. There is no word as yet as to whether this is for power or for connectivity, although it could be for both. According to Kotaku, this is just one of a selection of third-party gamepad accessories that are being designed for the iPhone after the iOS 7 overhaul. This logitech part looks like an old-fashioned Sony PSP wiht a thumbstick on the left and four buttons on the right. Apple's iOS 7 is due to hit devices towards the end of the year and if this leaked photo is anything to go by, there will be Apple Stores full of game controllers too. Of course as with all rumors, there is a possibility that this could be fake but considering that the iPhone has long been hugely popular with gamers and the refocus on gaming in iOS 7, this could spell the beginning for a booming accessory market. Tim Cook described iOS 7 as the biggest change to iOS since the introduction of the iPhone before showing a video of what we can all expect. In line with rumors, this new OS is much flatter and cleaner than ever before but iOS 7 is a lot more than just that. It is clear that Apple have listened to the complaints and quibbles of iPhone users and they have created and OS that we think everyone will love. With iOS 7 folders have been expanded. Folders now have pages allowing hundreds of apps to be stored within any folder. The notification centre has also been given a makeover and can be accessed without having to unlock your phone. One of the main reasons that people jailbreak is for SBSettings. Now, finally, Apple has brought this feature natively with Control Center which allows such elements as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Airplane Mode to be activated or shut down in a passive, functional manner by simply swiping up. Multitasking has had a major overhaul and true multitasking will now work for all apps with iOS 7 and you won't have to forgo any precious battery life either. The new multitasking will also pick up on your habits and strive to update your most commonly used apps while easing back on those you don't. It will also adapt to your network conditions, meaning if you are stuck on a sub-standard Wi-Fi hotspot or out in the sticks, it won't stretch your limited connectivity by trying to update and will instead wait till you have a strong connection. Siri is also being revamps along with a new voice, a new UI and faster search results. Siri is also now ditching Google for Bing. Google is still however the default search engine for Safari. Safari is also getting a much needed update and is now faster than ever before. It has a brand new UI which looks great and switching between multiple tabs is much nicer. There are plenty more great features included with iOS 7 and we will cover these in more detail later. OS X hasn't had a much coverage because of the hype surrounding iOS 7 but there should be some notable improvements seen here too. In relation to the new WWDC 2013 app, the greatest feature has to be Passbook support which means passes for session labs. According to reports WWDC 2013 is going to bring refreshed Macs, iOS 7, OS X 10.9 but no new iPhone or iPad. The latest information has come from Jim Dalrymple. According to Jim, we shouldn't hold out any hope of a significant new iOS device, but we could see some alterations to the Mac line. OS X 10.9 and iOS 7 will be the two main topics of discussion and although there has been a lot of discussion pertaining to a radical revamp of iOS 7, Dalyrmple doesn't seem to think the changes to iOS will be as drastic as some people are suggesting. Instead, he thinks a modernization similar to how OS X has been gently brought into the current era will be showcased. OS X is gong to see an even stronger integration with iOS, closing ties to many of the mobile operating system's services and features. Last year's Mountain Lion was by far the biggest directive toward a more unified system which brought the likes of reminders, iMessage and Noticification Center to the Mac. The talk of iOS 7 has detracted from the desktop OS and as such there has been very little coverage of what Apple has in store for OS X. The iPhone, iPad and iPod Toch firmware are most in need of enhancement though and while Dalrymple doesn't seem to think that the changes introduced at WWDC 2013 will be as groundbreaking as we have been reporting, we do hope that there will be enough to drown out the memories of the iOS 6 launch. With less that two weeks left to go, the wait is nearly over and the rumors, reports and speculation will soon come to an end.

With all that said, we still don't know what to expect from Apple's forthcoming edition of its mobile operating system. All of this will only be revealed at next month's WWDC 2013. One thing that a lot of people have been keen to see improvements in is the Safari browser and even though it's not the weakest part of iOS, it has been neglected through the generations. To try and offer a fresh look at things, German designers have come up with a very interesting alternative look and feel to Mobile Safari for iOS 7. A lot of people prefer to use Google's Chrome for iOS even though it isn't as good as the experience Android users get. It is however better than Safari. It seems taht Apple's browser really is in need of a refresh and this concept for iOS 7 does just that. This conceptualized Safari packs in an �omnibar� similar to both Chrome and the desktop version of Safari and we hope that Apple plans to bring this unifying experience to iOS 7. Also included in this concept is a Dashboard-esque overview of all running tabs which means that users can quickly jump from one to another. Adding just these features along would greatly enhane the Mobile Safari user experience. There is also a card-like UI for viewing bookmarks and with plenty of integrated gestures allowing everything to be navigated with little difficulty these kinds of changes would really work well with Safari. All we can really do is hope that Apple is plan on implementing some of these changes in the release of iOS 7 but until WWDC 2013 we won't know for sure.

In a world that is all about social networking, any new integration is always welcome but we are surprised that Flickr integration hasn't come sooner considering how popular it already is. Apple added Twitter into iOS 5 before adding Facebook with iOS 6 and both of these features have been well received with customers. So it stands to reason that we should see further social media inclusion with iOS 7. Apple has been trying to remove all remnants of Google from iOS and having removed Google Maps from the stock feature and replacing it with it's own Maps App in iOS 6, Vimeo integration in iOS 7 would certainly help iOS 7 users refrain from downloading Google's very own YouTube. Bringing Flickr and Vimeo into the heart of iOS will also make sharing content a lot easier and users will be able to upload their images and clips straight to two respective networks with ease. We still have to wait another three weeks to see if all this holds true and the anticipated iOS 7 will be announced at the WWDC 2013 which begins on the 10th of June. We have been tracking a lot of the concepts and it looks like we have found a realistic concept that is based on what Apple will be able to achieve by the time WWDC 2013 comes around. Apple's WWDC will commence on the 10th of June and we are expecting to see OS X 10.9 and of course iOS 7. The concept that we have seen seems to suggest that the new iOS 7 will be clean and functional with a very intuitive user interface. We are all hoping to see some encouraging enhancements moving forward. The concept that we have seen seems to suggest that toggles will come to the lock screen which is something that has been covered for along time within the jailbreak scene. With jailbreaking tweaks this concept has really interesting alterations and enhancements so it will be good to see Apple bringing this into the stock iOS 7. Another aspect of this concept is that the notification centre and multitasking bar are integrated into the lock screen as well as the home screen. These are accessible by lifting the area where the camera slider currently resides. Nothing appears to have been done about the multitasking bar per se, and given just how one-dimensional and fiddly this is, it is a little disappointing. We are really hoping that Apple will concentrate heavily on bringing much more enhanced functionality to the multitasking feature than is currently available. This concept also goes on to throw in one or two other goodies including a revamped Mailbox and overall, the effort is perhaps indicative of some of the chances we might actually see on June 10th. Hopefully as well as ridding the OS of all traces of skeuomorphism, we will see a vastly improved functionality with iOS 7 and all of us here can't wait to see what Apple comes up with. Ran Avni is another designer that has some fresh ideas on how iOS multitasking should play out in the future and he delivers a rather intriguing concept which sees windows for different apps form a card-like UI. He released a video detailing this and each app has its own card in what appears to be a greatly expanded version of the popular Auxo for iPhone jailbreak tweak. He also takes a lot of design queues from the famous Multifl0w for iPhone tweak. The layout sees each card placed in grid form, with a delete button in the upper left hand corner of each card allowing users to quickly discard a window and close the app in question. As fewer apps are left open, the window becomes larger to take advantage of the extra space. This is a very nice touch. Multitasking at present is one of the most cumbersome elements of iOS in general and this concept certainly solves most of the issues concerning this feature. Not only is everything much bigger and easier to view, but with a preview of the apps current status, you won't end up closing an app in the middle of an unfinished task which is something that can happen quite easily at the moment. IOS 7 is expected to be announced at this year's WWDC 2013 in San Francisco, starting the 10th of June and we hope that multitasking is going to see some big changes.

Most people have in-car chargers, device holders and bluetooth connectivity and it looks like Apple wants to tap into this market with their own solutions. This is not just going to be an iPhone dock but something more involved and this could see Apple's mapping system mirrored from an iOS device straight onto a car's built in display with UI elements adjusted accordingly. The deeper integration of Siri is also thought to be based on the Eyes Free technology that is currently doing the round on a multitude of production cars. IOS 7 is going to provide the hotbed for this integrative system to manifest but we have no idea how long it will take for us to see this in reality. It seems that Apple has been very busy over the past couple of months in posting job listings for a number of different roles pertaining to in-car stereo systems. IOS 7 which is codenamed Innsbruck, will make its debut at WWDC 2013 and it looks like it could be the next big thing to come from Apple. The video recording of this is available on YouTube for everyone to see. When Evad3rs were asked about a viable jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3, Pod2g stated that they wouldn't be wasting their time. This means that those who may have been holding out hope for an untethered jailbreak for Apple's latest firmware offering can stop now. Evad3rs pretty much took themselves out of the running on this one. The team do however have several potential exploits on the table for an eventual jailbreak of a more significant iOS version in the future so that is some pretty cool news. There really is no point in Evad3rs spending time searching for exploits for iOS 6.1.3 when it is more than likely that we will see the next major iOS release later this year and any exploits that they are holding up their sleeves would be better off staying there until then. After all, when iOS 7 and the next generation iPhone hits the shelves people are going to want to be able to jailbreak these and personally we think Evad3rs should hold their cards close to their chest until then. If they were to jailbreak iOS 6.1.3 their exploits would be patched by Apple in the next firmware release so it's better for them to wait. We can't rule out the possiblity of a third party working to bring an untethered jailbreak to the latest iOS firmware release but it does seem pretty improbable. The message to take from this, is that if you are running a device on iOS 6.1.3, you won't be getting an untethered jailbreak any time soon, if ever. Those who have just purchased a device running iOS 6.1.3 have sadly missed the boat as you can only jailbreak up as far as iOS 6.1.2 but when iOS 7 releases later this year everyone will be on a level playing field again as the jailbreak community looks once more to try and find the exploits in Apple's new offering.

This new firmware release meant it was back to square one for those purchasing new devices. Anybody who is running iOS 6.1.2 or earlier can jailbreak their device but not on iOS 6.1.3. There is no untethered jailbreak just yet for the new firmware but we have seen plenty of encouraging signs for future firmware releases. Devices on A4 or earlier firmware can still enjoy a tethered jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3 using Redsn0w as these devices are still susceptible to the Limera1n exploit and always will be. The first hope of an untethered jailbreak similar to Evasi0n for iOS 6.1.3 was found by ex-Chronic Dev Team member P0sixninja and while his findings and those of Evad3rs member Pod2g have been encouraging, both have stated that they will probably save what they have discovered for a more significant firmware version such as iOS 7. This was confirmed on both their Twitter accounts earlier today. While this news may be somewhat disheartening to those stuck on iOS 6.1.3, the Evasi0n jailbreak did afford everyone ample time to sort their devices out on iOS 6 and apply the untethered jailbreak while they could. The takeaway news here is that those who are on iOS 6.1.3 are very unlikely to see an untethered jailbreak and the next major release expected is to be iOS 7 which should be released sometime between July and September. If you are waiting on an untethered jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3 then you might just have to wait for iOS 7 first.
