Even since upgrading to iOS 7, some users have found that the iTunes Store app randomly crashes. There are a number of fixes that seem to be working for the majority of people and below you will find them. All you have to do then is find that one that works for you. Solution 1: Go through Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings. Please not that while this will remove your saved hotspots, it won't purge any of your data. Solution 2: Use the Music app to launch the iTunes Store by tapping on Store which is located in the top left-hand corner. This is often enough to prevent the crashing for some people. Solution 3: Go to your Settings app and navigate through Safari > Block Cookies > and selecting �From third parties and advertisers� only. Solution 4: Force-close all the apps that are running then sign out of your iTunes account and then back in again by going to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > Sign out.
