Okay so it seems a little unbelievable but this story was reported by 9to5Mac and includes images of this so called event too. There have been reports that the iPhone 5s suffers from battery issues but for it to explode and catch fire is something we haven't heard before. According to the story being reported, the device wasn't charging when it exploded, nor had any unofficial accessories been connected. Yet it seems that the device's battery started inflating on its own so much so that it pushed through the top part of the phone whereby enabling the owner to pull off the display and disassemble the phone. This of course was all in vain as the iPhone still caught fire and combusted into flamed, leaving behind the burnt remains. The pictures included on 9to5Mac show quite a graphic image but we here find this all a little hard to believe. The iPhone 5s owner's account of what happened just doesn't add up and as you will see from all the comments, many people believe it is utterly rubbish. The way the iPhone is built makes this all seem a little too farfetched. How could it just explode without any tampering. Even the images that were provided suggest that there was some sort of tampering going. Take a look at the images for yourself and see what you think. When you're done be sure to read through the comments too as there is some interesting stuff in there too.
